Shaina Painter is a multi-dimensional integrative wellness practitioner on a mission to empower women to become their most vibrant selves through food freedom and tapping into their innate healing potential.
Shaina is aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES®) and integrates a mindful non-diet approach to health and prevention. She weaves wisdom from functional medicine, herbalism, Ayurveda, TCM, with the foundation of her work rooted in embodiment work and Intuitive Eating.
Her journey with health began after a major horse accident and a diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease. Being a 90s kid with diet culture indoctrination, she struggled with her relationship with food in her high school years and tried everything to improve her symptoms. Through deep work, holistic healing modalities, and reconnecting with herself, she was able to lay down the white flag with food and reclaim her vitality.
Through her lived experience and clinical practice, she truly believes in the power of herbalism, embodiment work, positive psychology, gentle nutrition, and most of all, connecting with our intuitive wisdom.
In addition to her private practice, Shaina is also a Health Coach at Parsley Health, where she partners with clinicians to provide relief, insights, and outcomes with the world's best possible medicine, to everyone everywhere.

Cultivate the courage to live out your passion every day. Travel, laugh deeply, cry, have fun, fall in love, and most importantly, aim to live wildly.
